• Dial the toll-free number - 1800-209-9090.
• Select the language you prefer.
• Choose ‘2’ for existing policyholder.
• Choose ‘2’ again to transact on your policy.
• Now, enter your personal TPIN.
• Enter your life insurance policy number.

You will then be connected to a customer care executive who will cater to your request.

• Via SMS:
