    The following steps are involved in a cashless claim process:

    3. Either take your car or get your car towed to the nearest cashless garage for repairs. You need to carry the original duly signed claim form, your car’s RC book, copy of the FIR filed by you and your KYC documents to the garage.
    4. An authorised surveyor will be sent to the garage to inspect your car. Submit the above mentioned documents to the surveyor.
    5. Once your documents have been reviewed and approved, the garage will be requested to work on your car.
    6. After your vehicle gets repaired, the surveyor will revisit the garage to inspect the vehicle.
    7. After the inspection, your car will be delivered and the bills for your car repairs will be settled by the insurer directly with the garage.
