Bharti AXA is one of the most reputed insurance companies in India. It provides a plethora of insurance products to its customers including two wheeler insurance. The company started its operations in India in 2008 and has 87 branches all over the country.
Customers who wish to get in touch with a customer care executive in case of purchasing or renewing the policy may call on the following numbers given below:

In case of any grievances, the customer can call on the number 1800-103-2292 where the person can get in touch with a customer care executive who will help him/her out with the query.
Customers can also schedule a call back by visiting the ‘contact-us’ section on the official website of Bharti AXA and leave their details following which an expert will get in touch.
Customers who wish to avail this facility will need to provide their name, email-ID, phone number, landline number, the reason for scheduling the call, and a message. They will then have to enter a captcha for security purposes and click on the Submit button.
Customers who wish to get their queries answered can send a mail to customer.service@bharti-axagi.co.in.
Customers who wish to register their claims can send a mail to claims@bharti-axagi.co.in.
Customers can use this facility by visiting the ‘contact-us’ section on the official website of Bharti AXA. Towards the bottom left one can click on ‘Chat with us’ tab where the person will have to enter his/her name, email ID, contact number, the product to which the query is related, and the type of query the person has. After all those details have been filled, the customer can click on ‘Start Chat’ button and get in touch with a customer care executive.
Customers who want their grievances to be addressed can follow the following procedure by clicking on ‘Grievances’ located on the bottom side of the page. On clicking ‘Grievances’, you will be directed to a separate page where you can click on the ‘procedure’ section. You will have to then follow certain procedures in order to get your grievances addressed, which are:
Step 1: Customers can send a mail via post to the following address:

Customers can call on the toll-free number 1800-103-2292 in case of any grievance they want to get addressed.One can also get their grievance addressed by sending an email to customer.service@bharti-axagi.co.in. Policyholders can also register their complaints by clicking on ‘Click here to log complaint’ which is hyperlinked. On clicking the link, a separate page opens where new users will have to register themselves. They will need to enter their personal details such as name, date of birth, address, sex, and the state they belong to. They will also have to answer a simple math question for security purposes and click on the Submit button.People who already have their login credentials can enter their date of birth, click on one of the identity documents through which the company can recognize them and enter the password. They will also have to answer a math question for security purposes and click on the login button, following which the complaint can be registered.
Step 2: If the policyholder’s complaint is yet to be resolved after five days of intimation of the complaint, he/she can contact the National Manager – Customer Support by sending a mail via post to the following address:

Step 3: If the policyholder is still not satisfied with the resolution after 5 days of approaching the National Manager – Customer Support, he/she can then contact the Chief Grievance Officer by sending a mail to Rohit.Kohli@bharti-axagi.co.in.
