If the policyholder commits suicide in 1 year from the date of policy revival, then the nominee will receive the higher amount of surrender value or 80% of the premiums that have been paid till the policyholder.

    Nomination The policyholder can nominate another individual to procure the policy benefits. This will be done according to Section 39 of the Insurance Act 1938.
    Policy revival You will be allowed to revive this policy in 2 years after you have not paid your premium for the first time.
    Early exit value If you have paid premium for at least 1 year but not for 3 years, you can exit this policy. You will then receive an early exit value.
    Assignment This plan enables you to make an assignment as per Section 38 of the Insurance Act 1938.
