Bharti AXA Car Insurance Cashless Claim Registration 

Bharti AXA Car Insurance policyholders have to follow the steps mentioned below to register a cashless claim:  

• Following the accident, the policyholder has to make a note of the third-party involved in the accident, contact number of any witnesses and contact the Bharti AXA car insurance customer care unit at 1800-103-2292 or drop a mail at claims@bhartiaxa.com.  
• Once the claim is registered, the policyholder will receive an SMS that the claim has been registered.  
• A representative of the insurer will then call to guide you through the whole claim process.  
• The policyholder has to then file an FIR at the nearest police station and take the car or get it towed to the nearest cashless garage of Bharti AXA Car Insurance.  
• The car will be surveyed at the garage and the policyholder will be required to submit the registration certificate of the vehicle, his/her driving license, relevant KYC documents and original claim form.  
• The surveyor will then assess the losses caused to the vehicle.  
• Once the car is repaired, Bharti AXA will settle the claim amount directly with the network garage. If there is an outstanding amount over the claim amount, the policyholder will have to make the payment.
