Steps to Apply for a Learner’s Licence in Bihar
A learner’s licence gives authorisation to individuals to learn how to operate four wheeler vehicles in public places. No individual is allowed to learn how to ride or drive a motorised vehicle unless they possess a learner’s licence, as per the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. If you are caught learning how to operate a vehicle without a valid learner’s licence, you might be penalised for the same.
