    • Then, click on ‘new learner’s license’.
    • You will be redirected to a new page to enter your personal details.
    • Fill out your applicant details and upload the necessary documents.
    • You must also upload a soft copy of your photo and a scanned copy of your signature.
    • Once all the documents are uploaded, go ahead and book a time slot for taking the learner’s license test.
    • Upon choosing the time slot, pay the fee required for the license application.
    • Take a printout of the fee receipt after completing all this procedure.
    • When you appear for the test at the chosen time slot, you must carry this receipt as a proof of payment.
