• Enter the word verification text given in the box for security purposes and tick the box stating that you agree to the terms and conditions. Click ‘Submit’.

If you forgot your password

There can be times when you may not remember your login password, and thus, find yourself unable to log in to the portal. In case you forget your password, you will have to follow some very simple steps in order to create a new password for yourself:

• Visit the official website of the insurance company.
• On the top right-hand of the page, click on ‘Customer’.
• Click on ‘Forgot Password’. You will be directed to a new page.
• Enter your user name, followed by your customer ID. Select a security question and your answer to the question. Enter your date of birth and enter the text on your screen in a separate box given for security purposes. Click on ‘Submit’.

• Fill your first and last name, Email ID, Phone number, State and the city in which you reside. Select the nearest DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance office near you.
