    The following steps are involved in reimbursement claim process:

    • Intimate the Future Generali representatives via the official website or call them on 1800 220 233 or send MOTORCLAIM to 9222211100
    • A surveyor will come and inspect the vehicle
    • You need to provide the necessary documents to the surveyor
    • Make the payment to the workshop directly and submit the bills along with the payment receipts to the surveyor or a Future Generali branch
    • Future Generali will reimburse the payment to the policyholder within 7 working days starting from the date of document submission

    1. What if the accident takes place in a city outside of the agreed geographical location?

      It doesn't matter where the accident takes place. In such cases, you will have to call the customer care number and register your claim. One of the claim executives will then guide you through the claim procedure.

    2. What if I have an Act Only Policy alone, would any losses or damages to my car be covered under the policy?

      If you have an Act Only Policy, any liabilities arising due to the death of/bodily injuries to a third-party or damage to a third-party property are covered. But, any damages occurring to your car will not be covered under the policy.

    3. How do I get a copy of the motor insurance claim form?

      The policy kit that the insurer gives you at the time of policy purchase or renewal will already contain a copy of the claim form. The Future Generali representatives too can provide you with the claim form if and when required. You can also get a copy of the claim form from any of the Future Generali authorised garages. Otherwise, you can also download the claim form from the Future Generali website.

    4. Where will the surveyor carry out the survey?

      After you raise a claim request, the survey will be conducted by an authorised Future Generali surveyor at the garage where you will be leaving the vehicle to get the repairs/replacements done.

    5. How soon will it take to complete the spot survey?The surveyor will complete the spot survey within 24 working hours starting from the time you raised the claim.
