Health Total is a comprehensive insurance plan offered by Future Generali. It is available for both individuals as well as families. Rather, it provides compensation against temporary or permanent total disability of a person following an accident. As a personal accident cover, this cover provides financial security against the aftermath of an unfortunate accident.

The claim procedure for Future Generali Health Insurance is simple. The company operates a customer service department to clarify the doubts of customers. Any queries related to claims can be raised to the claims department of the company. For cashless treatments, the company must be contacted ahead for planned hospitalisation. For emergency hospitalisation, the insurer must be notified within 24 hours of hospitalisation. The identity card and other relevant proofs provided during the time of sign up can be used for cashless treatments.
For reimbursement claims, it is necessary to provide all the above mentioned documents along with the claim form. Once the documents are submitted, the company will verify the nature of the claim. Compensation amount will be provided to the insured after this verification process. It takes a maximum of 14 days to receive the reimbursement amount.
