Steps to file a complaint/issue with Reliance Health Insurance

For any grievance redressal with regard to the insurance product or the service, customers should follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1:

Existing policyholder or new customers can call the toll-free number - 1800 3009 or write about their dissatisfaction to rgicl.services@relianceada.com.

Steps 2:

If the customer is still dissatisfied with the customer service, he/she can write to the Nodal officer at rgicl.grievances@relianceada.com.

Step 3:

If the customer wishes to take their complaint or issue even further, they can write to head of the Reliance Insurance grievance redressal department at rgicl.headgrievances@relianceada.com.

Step 4:

If the case still remains unresolved after step 1, 2 and 3, the customer can write directly to the Insurance Ombudsman office and report the matter.
