Star Health states that customer care is of utmost importance to them and hence promises to acknowledge or reply to any complaint made within 48 hours of registering the complaint. The company has a 3-level grievance redressal system as given below:
Level 1: Find the contact number of the Grievance Officer from the official website of the insurance company. Make a phone call to the concerned officer and register your complaint.
