    In case of a mishap, your can either raise a cashless or a reimbursement claim.

    • Cashless Claim Process:
      • If there is any third-party vehicle involved in the mishap, note down the vehicle's number.
      • If there are any witnesses, collect their names and contact information.
      • Get in touch with your insurer as soon as the mishap happens via the toll-free number: 1800 2666 and raise your claim request.
      • You will have to keep all the necessary documents ready as instructed by the customer care representative.
      • Lodge an FIR at the nearest police station.
      • Locate a cashless garage nearby and drive/get our vehicle towed there.

      • The CSM will determine the vehicle repair estimate and approve of your vehicles’ repairs.
