New customers can contact the customer care to enquire about new products. Existing customers can get in touch with the customer care to raise a claim, enquire about claim settlements, revive a policy, etc.

Customers residing in India can get in touch with the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance customer care unit by calling the toll free number - 1860 266 7766 - between 10 a.m and 7 p.m from Mondays to Saturdays (barring National Holidays).
ICICI Bank customers abroad can contact the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance customer care unit by calling - +91 22 6193 0777 - between 10 a.m and 7 p.m from Mondays to Saturdays (barring National Holidays).

On the main page of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, click on ‘connect with us’ and then click on ‘existing customers’. The customer has to then enter their policy number, registered email ID, mobile number and date of birth. From the drop-down list, the customer can then choose the type of query he/she wishes to make or write the query or complaint in the box and click on ‘submit’.
