Star First Delite
Offered at an affordable premium, the Star First Delite offers customers with coverage for pre-hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation, day care coverage for specific conditions and the sum assured on a floater basis. Customers can insure themselves and their entire family with the Star First Delite.
Features and benefits of the Star First Delite:
- Customers need to be between the age of 18 or 65 when applying for the health benefits.
- For the life insurance benefits, customers need to be between the age of 18 to 60 years old.
- The dependents of the policyholder should be between 5 months to 25 years to be eligible for the life and health insurance benefits.
- Hospitalisation cover provided the patient is admitted for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Lump sum payout in the case of post-hospitalisation.
- Coverage for specific day-care procedures and diseases.
- Coverage for emergency transportation and ambulance.
- No health checkup for candidates below the age of 50 years.
- Policyholders are granted a free-look period of 15 days. If they disagree with any of the terms and conditions of the policy, they can return the policy and receive a refund for the premium.

Star First Care
Policyholders can opt for an individual or a family floater coverage with the Star First Care. The Star First Care offers individuals with the benefit of hospital cash if treated at a government hospital, cover for both pre-hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation expenses and a lump sum payout of the sum assured to the nominee in case of untimely death of the policyholder.

- Customers need to be between the age of 18 or 65 when applying for the health benefits.
- For the life insurance benefits, customers need to be between the age of 18 to 60 years old.
- No pre-policy check up for candidates below the age of 50 years.
- Room, nursing or boarding expenses up to Rs.750 or 0.75% of the sum assured.
- Coverage of pre-hospitalisation expenses up to 30 days and post-hospitalisation up to 60 days.
- Benefit of hospital cash up to Rs.1,000 for a maximum of 14 days.
- Coverage of pre-existing diseases after 48 months of being enrolled in the plan.

Star First Comprehensive
Offered for both individuals and families, the Star First Comprehensive coverage offers coverage for pre-hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation, coverage for emergency transportation, and accidental death or disability cover. In case of untimely death of the policyholder, the nominee is liable to the entire sum assured at that point.

- Customers need to be between the age of 18 or 65 when applying for the health benefits.
- For the life insurance benefits, customers need to be between the age of 18 to 60 years old.
- Dependents can be anywhere between 3 years and 25 years to receive all benefits.
- No limit on the cost of room rent and cost of listed treatments.
- Complete coverage for Bariatric surgical procedures up to Rs.2.5 lakh.
- Free health check-up for every three claim-free years.
- Maternity coverage including in the case of caesarean delivery.
- Cashless hospitalisation cover provided that the patient is admitted for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Coverage of pre-hospitalisation for 30 days and post-hospitalisation for 60 days.
- Domiciliary coverage if hospitalisation exceeds 3 days.

Star First Classic
The Star First Classic comes with the benefit of coverage for 101 day care procedures, free health check up worth Rs.5,000 for every four claim-free years, cashless hospitalisation at more than 7,000 network hospitals.

- Customers need to be between the age of 18 or 65 when applying for the health benefits.
- For the life insurance benefits, customers need to be between the age of 18 to 60 years old.
- Coverage for hospitalisation expenses provided the patient is admitted for more than 24 hours.
- Coverage for pre-existing diseases after 48 months of holding the policy.
- 5% no-claim bonus subject to maximum of 25%.
- Restoration of sum assured up to 200% once during the policy period.
- The nominee is liable to the sum assured following the death of the policyholder for the life insurance plan.
- The Star First Classic comes with the benefit of hospitalisation cash.
- No pre-policy health check up for candidates below the age of 50 years.

Offering both health and life insurance benefits in one plan, the Star First Optima Insurance Policy comes with benefits such as coverage for pre-hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation, recharge of sum assured and a accidental death lump sum payout to the nominee for the life insurance plan.
- Customers need to be between the age of 18 or 65 when applying for the health benefits. Dependents as young as 16 days old to 25 years old can enjoy all the benefits of the plan.
- For the life into surance benefits, customers need to be between the age of 18 to 60 years old.
- 100% restoration of sum assured during the policy tenure in cases where the sum assured is Rs.3 lakh.
