    If you are a new customer

    Manage my policy

    • Click on New Customer, and under the How do I section, click on Manage my Policy.
    • Click on Login, you will be directed to a separate page.
    • Click on Individual customer, you will be directed to a page where you will be required to enter your login credentials to enter the portal.
    • Click on New User.
    • Enter the details of your policy such as the policy number, client id, date of birth, and the date on which the policy commenced.
    • Verify the number given below for security purposes and click on the box which states that you agree with the terms and conditions. Click on Submit.
    • You will be asked to create a profile after which you can use those credentials to enter the login portal.

    If you are a group insurance customer

    • Under the How do I section, click on Manage my Policy,
    • Click on Login, you will be directed to a separate page.
    • Click on Group customer.
    • You will be directed to a new page, click on New User Sign Up here.
    • Click on either Company Representative for Group Life Insurance Policy or Superannuation Member of  Group Insurance Policy, whichever you represent.
    • You will be directed to a separate page. Fill the details in the form, verify the number for security purposes, and tick the box which states that you agree with the terms and conditions.
    • You will have to create a user id and password which you can use later to enter the portal.

    If you are an existing customer

    • Visit the official website of Kotak Life Insurance. Scroll down below to find How do I section. You will find a host of options which will tell you how to take care of the various aspects of your policy.

    Manage my policy

    • Click on Existing Customer and under the How do I section, click on Manage my Policy.
    • You will be directed to a separate page.
    • Click on Login Now
    • You will be directed to a separate page.
    • If you are an individual customer, click on it. A separate page will open. Enter your login credentials and you can enter the portal.
    • If you are a group customer, click on it. A separate page will open. Enter your login credentials and you can then enter the portal.

    Alternative ways to log in

    One of the simplest ways to login to your portal is to login directly. Once you visit the official website of the insurance company, you will find a login option on the right-hand side of the page. Click on it and you will be redirected to a separate page which will ask you whether you are an individual customer or group customer. Click on it, and you will be directed to another page. Enter the portal via the login credentials.

    If you forget username or password

    Below are the steps that you will have to follow if you forget your login password.

    • Click on Login Now either by clicking on Manage my Policy or directly clicking on the login icon located at the right-hand side of the page.
    • Depending on whether you are an individual customer or a group customer, click on one whichever is relevant to you. You will be directed to a separate page. Click on Forgot Password.
    • Enter your email id.
    • You will have to click on a link sent to your registered email id. You will be directed to a page, where you can set your new password.

    Below are the steps that you will have to follow if you forget your login username.

    • Click on Login Now either by clicking on Manage my Policy or directly clicking on the login icon located at the right-hand side of the page.
    • Depending on whether you are an individual customer or a group customer, click on one whichever is relevant to you. You will be directed to a separate page. Click on Forgot Username.
    • A separate page will open, where you will have to enter your policy number and date of birth. Click on Submit.
    • You will then receive your user id on your registered mobile number and email id. You will be then able to login into the portal.

    Other alternative ways to check your policy status

    There are several other methods through which you can check the status of your policy. Some of them are given below:

    • You can directly call on the number 1800 209 8800 in case of any policy related queries.
    • You can also use Get a Call option. The icon of it is located on the right hand-side of the official website of Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company.
    • You will be directed to a separate page, where you will be asked to enter details such as your name, mobile number, city, whether you are a new customer, or an existing customer and the plan that you have availed. Click on ‘I am not a robot’, and tick the box where you permit to be contacted even if you are registered under National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC).
    • An agent will contact you and will help you out with your query.
    • You can also avail the Lets Chat option which is available on the official website of the insurance company. Click either yes or no as the relevant answer to the question of whether you are an existing customer.
    • Enter your details such as name, mobile number, date of birth, and email id. Click on Get Started. You will be chatting with an executive, who will then help you with your policy-related queries.
