Mercedes Benz announced a slew of discounts on a wide variety of models for July. While these discounts may vary from city to city and dealer to dealer, the common discounts applicable this season are up to Rs.12.80 lakh on the S-class, up to Rs.10.25 lakh on the CLA, up to Rs.1.50 lakh on the CLS, up to Rs.6 lakh on the GLA, up to Rs.9 lakh on the GLE, up to Rs.6.75 lakh on the GLS, up to Rs.7.55 lakh on the GLC, up to Rs.6.25 lakh on the A-/B-class, up to Rs.6.25 lakh on the C-class, up to Rs.7.50 lakh on the E-class, and up to Rs.1.50 lakh on the V-class. The 2018 Maybach models too have a discount of up to Rs.7.75 lakh. The discounts on the CLA model are only applicable for the AMG’s 2015 model. There are discounts of up to Rs.3 lakh for the AMG-GLE 43 coupes, MY2018 models. There are also discounts on the MY2019 GLC models with the petrol variant having Rs.4.55 lakh discounts and the diesel variants having Rs.4.80 lakh discounts. The E-class All Terrain model has a discount of Rs.3.50 lakh while the C-class Cabriolet has a discount on the 2018 models of up to Rs.1.50 lakh.

Mercedes has announced that it will launch its AMG-C43 Coupe sedan in India on 14 March 2019. The model will come with a 9-speed automatic transmission and a 3.0-litre twin turbo petrol engine coupled with AMG speed shift. The C-class AMG can touch 100km/hour from 0 km/hour within 4.7 seconds with the top speed computed at 250 km/hour.
The vehicle boasts of a V6 engine which will produce 520 Nm of torque and power worth 390 Ps. It has adjustable suspension modes - Sport, Sport+, and Comfort. The sedan comes with AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel drive system.
The price of this vehicle is likely to be between Rs.75 lakh to Rs.80 lakh.

Mercedes Benz, a leading luxury car manufacturer, has plans to launch 10 new cars in the country this year as it enters its 25th year in India. Its product line up for 2019 includes new cars and facelifts. The company is looking to main its momentum with regard to its sales performance and cross the 15,000 mark in terms of units sold this year, as well.
The car manufacturer sold 15,538 units in the year 2018, which has been the highest number of units sold by Mercedes Benz in India ever. The impressive sales performance registered by the company has been despite high interest rates, increasing fuel prices, and changes to the pricing of motor insurance policies.
Certain key launches that are expected this year include the V-Class MPV, 2019 GLE, 2019 B-Class, A-Class sedan, an all-new GLB, and an updated GLC. The V-Class, which is expected to be launched on 24 January 2019, will be the Mercedes Benz’s first launch this year.

Mercedes-Benz, which is the biggest luxury car manufacturer in India, recently launched the C-Class Cabriolet. The newly launched car is offered at a starting price of Rs.65.25 lakh (ex-showroom). The car manufacturer has also introduced a new BS VI petrol engine in the C-Class Cabriolet. Mercedes-Benz said in a recent statement that the engine helps the car accelerate from 0 to a speed for 100 km/h in only 6.2 seconds.
The C-Class Cabriolet is aerodynamic and efficient, regardless of whether the roof is closed or open. The car has been fitted with equipment like the AIRCAP system, which decreases airflow in the interior of the car.
The interior of the luxury car has been enhanced with a 10.25” display screen and new-generation telematics. The exterior of the car is characterised by a sporty bumper, a striking front-end design, and the grille with the Mercedes star. Other key features of the C-Class Cabriolet include an open-pore walnut wood trim, light alloy wheels, an optional 64-colour ambient lighting, and smartphone integration.
