• How to Check Reliance Nippon Policy Status?

We will look at some of the methods that you, as a customer, can implement in order to take care of your policy.

    For existing customer

    You will have to follow the steps given below in order to log in to the portal if you are an existing customer:

    • Visit the official website of the Reliance Nippon Life Insurance company.
    • On the top right-hand side of the page, click on ‘Login’.
    • Click on ‘Customer’ and you will be directed to a new page.
    • Enter your Client ID or Policy Number followed by your date of birth. Enter the code given for security purposes. Tick box labelled ‘Terms and Conditions’. Click ‘Submit’. You will then enter the portal where you can manage your policy as per your convenience.

    For new customer

    You will have to follow the steps given below in order to log in to the portal if you are an existing customer:

    • Visit the official website of the Reliance Nippon Life Insurance company.
    • On the top right-hand side of the page, click on ‘Login’.
    • Click on ‘Customer’ and you will be directed to a new page.
    • Click on ‘Sign In’.
    • Enter your Client ID or Policy Number. Create a password as per the given criteria.
    • Click on ‘Sign In’. You can also click on ‘Sign in with Registered Mobile Number’. In doing so, you will have to enter your mobile number and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) that you will receive on your mobile number. You can thus use an OTP in future which you will receive on your registered mobile number.

    Alternate Login methods

    You can also log in to the portal via your Facebook or Gmail account as well. The facility is available when you click on the ‘Sign In’ option. You can use your Facebook or Gmail account to create a user ID on the portal of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.

    If you forgot your password

    There can be times when you may not remember your password and thus you will not be able to log in to the portal to check the status of your policy. There is a very simple step which you will have to follow in case you forget the password.

    • Visit the official website of the Reliance Nippon Life Insurance company.
    • On the top right-hand side of the page, click on ‘Login’.
    • Click on ‘Customer’ and you will be directed to a new page.
    • Click on ‘Sign In’.
    • Click on ‘Forgot Password’.
    • Enter the Client ID or Policy Number followed by your date of birth.
    • Click on the ‘Submit’ button. You will be then asked to create a new password. Follow the steps as asked and you will be able to create a new password for yourself. You can then use that password to log in to the portal.

    Track your application

    You can track your application by following the steps given below:

    • Visit the link http://www.reliancelife.com/trackproposal/
    • Enter your ‘Application number’ or your ‘Policy number’.
    • Enter your date of birth.
    • Click on ‘Track my Application’. You will be then able to track your application.

    Other methods to check the status of your policy

    There are various other methods that you can use to check the status of your policy. We will have a look at them:

    ‘Contact Me’ facility

    You can use the ‘Contact Me’ option which you will find on the official website of the insurance company. On clicking ‘Contact Me’, you will have to enter your name, email ID, phone number, and a captcha for security purposes. Click on the ‘Submit’ button. An executive will call you and get in touch to help you out with your query.

    ‘Contact Us’ facility

    You can call on the numbers given below in case of any query:

    • Visit the ‘Contact Us’ section on the official website of the insurance company.
    • You can call on the toll-free number 1800 102 1010 in case of any query.
    • You can also call on the number 022 4882 7000 from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. The service is not available on national holidays. If you reside outside India, then you will have to add the add +91 before the number.
    • In case of any claim-related queries, you can call on either of the two numbers - 1800 102 3330 or 022 3000 2700.

    ‘Get a Call Back’ facility

    You can use the ‘Get a Call Back’ facility as well:

    • Visit the ‘Contact Us’ section on the official website of the insurance company.
    • Click on the ‘Get a Call Back’ tab.
    • You will enter your name, email ID, Mobile number. Select the state and the city in which you reside. Select the product to which your query is related.
    • Enter the Captcha for security purposes and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

    ‘Write to Us’ facility

    You can also use the ‘Write to Us’ facility by following the steps given below:

    • Visit the ‘Contact Us’ section on the official website of the insurance company.
    • Click on ‘Write to Us’ tab.
