    Accidental Burns

    If the life insured suffers from Third Degree Burns incurred due to an accident, the insurance company shall pay a benefit depending on the damage caused to the surface are of the body as listed below:

    Double Benefit:

    • Attempted suicide or suicide or a self-inflicted injury when the life insured is either sane or insane
    • For any injury, ailments, or condition which has previously shown signs or any symptoms
    • Failure to seek or follow medical advice
    • Terrorism, war, invasion, civil unrest, martial law, revolution, rebellion, usurper or civil commotion, riot or military power
    • Committing an illegal offence or assault
    • Taking part or engaging in any dangerous or hazardous sports or pursuits
    • Solvent or alcohol abuse
    • Drug or prescription pills abuse
    • Participation of the life insured in any flying activity unless he/she is travelling as a passenger in an airline
    • Any form of nuclear contamination which could be due to nuclear fuels, materials, property that has been contaminated by nuclear materials
