    • You will first need to obtain a learner’s licence application form (Form 2). The form is available on the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Transport Department. You can also get the application form at the nearest RTO.
    • Once you get the application form, you will need to enter the required details and submit the form along with the supporting documents and applicable fee to the RTO.
    • You will have to book a slot for the learner’s licence test and visit the RTO on the date of the test.
