And this attitude is no different in the Telangana state. Though both Telangana and Seemandhra were once unitedly known as Andhra Pradesh, both the states have their own identity of being different. But the law and order remains the same in most categories especially for Transport Department. The rules are followed and applied as they were written when the state was known as Andhra Pradesh. Therefore, the registration process for vehicles also remain the same. In Telangana, the fancy registration numbers process has been digitised.

The new two-wheeler registration process should be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase of the vehicle. The following documents must be submitted to the concerned authority at the RTO:
