    How to make a claim on Reliance General Two Wheeler Insurance:

    Follow the below process when you want to make a claim on your bike insurance policy:

    • Inform the insurer about the incident mentioning your location by calling the customer care toll-free number 18003009.
    • You can request for towing service if the vehicle is not in riding condition. The towing charges are covered in the insurance policy.
    • Take the vehicle to the nearest location of network garage for repair of the vehicle.
    • A survey inspector will be sent to the garage by the insurer to inspect the extent of damage and submit the report to the insurer along with other necessary documents like insurance copy, DL, RC, etc.
    • If you repair the vehicle elsewhere, you cannot utilize cashless claim facility. You have to pay the entire repair amount yourself and get reimbursement by submitting the bills.
    • Once the report submitted by the surveyor is approved, the insurer sends a ticket to the garage for vehicle delivery. The entire repair amount after deducting VD will be paid to the garage.
