When you move from one state to another for a long period of time, it is important to get certain documents from your local RTO including the re-registration and transfer documents. Hence, it is extremely easy for you to obtain a No Objection Certificate. It is important that you have all your documents in place and there are no outstanding dues left for you to pay before you apply for a NOC. If all your documents are in place and you have never been involved in any criminal activities then it should not take more than 72 hours for the RTO to issue you the the No Objection Certificate.
