Claims can be made online without any hassles. In case of an accident, inform the insurance provider immediately. If the accident has occurred outside the jurisdiction from where the policy was issued, a survey will be conducted to ascertain the amount of loss. In case any injuries have been caused due to third party damage or in case of a theft, an FIR has to filed at the nearest police station. Repair works cannot be carried out before a surveyor examines the damage caused to the vehicle and gives a go ahead signal.
